TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Dogs are required to wear a collar and identity tag in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. Dogs are required by law to be chipped.

• Dogs are required to be up-to-date with their vaccinations and flea/tick control prevention medication.

• Pets Connections service cannot be held responsible for any accident/loss, injury or pregnancy of your dog resulting from its un-neutered status. We reserve the right to refuse to walk un-neutered male dogs and/or aggressive dogs.

• Pets Connections service reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment for your pet in the event of an emergency, in circumstances where we are unable to contact you prior to treatment. The owner shall be responsible for all medical treatment costs incurred.

• Whilst Pets Connections service aim to be flexible, bookings cancelled on-the-day will be charged at 100% of the set fee.
